We have checked the package on our side.
As we can see, the Dynamics 365 'contact' table metadata has changed on March, 14.
You should clear the metadata cache in your Dynamics 365 connection, check the Create Tables\ Drop tables checkboxes in your replication package, reset the LastSyncTime parameter and perform the initial replication.
In this case, the target tables will be dropped and created again, and the target table schema will be updated.
