Error - Log Unavailable

Hi Skyvia Support,

 

Two of my import packages failed over the past 3 days (53315053 & 53441984). Saturdays import was okay. Both files only had 1 error rows each. When I download the error file it does not download as the usual csv file, but when I open the file with a text editor I receive the following error:

"Error"

"Log unavailable."

What does the error mean and can you advise what the errors are in the two files. 

 

The import package has been running okay daily for months without any issues.
