Error message import

Hi,

For our last imports, we have this message :

An exception has occurred during data processing, the message returned from the provider is: Insertion failed because the database is full database or disk is full

I ask to our salesforce integrator and we use only 33% and 11% so we have many space to use it's why i ask you if you have more details ?
