 Hello Michael,

 

 This error means that you have reached your Backup pricing plan limit. In your case, Free Backup: 1.06 GB / 1 GB of Storage

You can check details of your account here https://app.skyvia.com/#/account/subscriptions

 

At the moment, Skyvia cannot delete old snapshots automatically. Please follow https://docs.skyvia.com/backup/working-with-backups/managing-storage-space-and-deleting-old-snapshots.html
