Hi,

I have an error during conversion on this task 89634. Could you have a look on it.

I have already talk with support team but I can't find the discussion.

We are a new Skyvia partner and we are migrating our customers on your solution.

I can't upload to you the CSV original.

As far as we remember, the issue was related to the number format (10000.50 instead of 10000,50). We checked the file you sent us and answered you with the following information:

The issue is related to the Locale being set to French (and the format of number that must be used in this case - commas instead of dots). We have managed to import this file successfully with the Locale=English (US or UK).

JIC: Locale determines locale settings, including datetime format, number format, string collation, currency format, etc. The default locale value is determined by the browser settings (preferred language).

 

 

Please try this and let us know the results.
