I am getting an error: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

After closer look at your package, we see that you are also getting ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred error in your Oracle connection. The error might be caused by a small timeout limit in your connection.
Increase the "Command Timeout"/"Connection Timeout" values for your Oracle connection. For this, switch to the Connections page and find your Oracle connection.
Then click Edit, open Advanced Settings, and then set bigger values for both parameters or set 0 to have it without timeout.
Test your connection again by clicking “Test Connection” button.
