Error 'System unavailable' when downloading error rows csv

On the 15th Feb one of our packages went from having less than 50 error rows to more than 1000 error rows. When I try to download the csv with a list of the error rows and reasons I get the message HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

This package is running a critical business system for us. Can you fix the bug so I can download the error report, or if that can't be done right away can you email me the error report, or tell me why the rows are failing? The details for the last run are:
