Error: "The given key was not present in the dictionary."

When refreshing a package to update a package the following error pops-up: "The given key was not present in the dictionary."

 

What can I do to solve this issue?

We also just got this error. It was happened during a scheduled package run. What does it mean and what causes it?

The problem was solved by reuploading the CSV import file.
