Errors in backups

Errors in backups in last two days. Daily backup called "Scheduled Jira issues" started on March 30 and March 31, both at 6:02 pm, had same error for Issues object: "Connection settings are invalid. Please check your Domain, User, and/or Password values."

Daily backup called "Daily full bu 1-8-21" started on March 30 and March 31, both at 6:02 pm (same as above), both had exact same issue as reported above for Issues object. In addition, March 31 backup had another error as well, in IssueTypeAvatars object: "Error occured while reading IssueTypeAvatars object. Connection settings are invalid. Please check your Domain, User, and/or Password values."

Issue object is the most important to backup, and it failed in both backups in two subsequent days.

Hello Steven,

As we can see, at the moment both JIRA backups are completed succesfully.

Does the issue persist?

 Steven,

As we can see, in your backup log there is such error as "The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests."

It happens when there are many records in the tables, and as you run 2 backups in parallel, it is very resouce-intensive.

We recommend you to divide backup tasks in several ones to reduce the load and schedule them some time apart.

Did as you said. Backup that I didn't move (kept at DAILY at 6:00 PM) FAILED on both 4/3 and 4/4 - no further explanatiion given. The larger backup, that I moved to daily at 23:59, FAILED on 4/3 and is STILL RUNNING for 4/4 backup, since 23:59.

Hello Steven.

Sorry for keeping you waiting - I have double-checked - on April 3rd and 4th we had internal issues with backup service which caused these errors.

Steven, please provide me with your email registered for 2Checkout and we will extend your Backup plan for 4 days to compensate the inconveniences.

What is 2Checkout? I'm not sure what you are going to do. In either event, I concur that the backups are working fine now.
