Hello,

We attempted to do a backup of our Production environment and received the errors below. We also noticed that we have 80 workflows in Production, but only 52 were identified. Can you please provide additional assistance?

ContactListContacts

You have reached your ten_secondly_rolling limit.

EmailEvents

The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.

Hello Anthony.

Thank you for contacting us. We assume, the workflows issue is connected with the API limitations.

Workflows API currently only supports contact-based workflows which means that not all of them are available through the API. You may additionally contact HubSpot support about this issue.

Here is the link to the documentation for your reference: https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/workflows/v3/get_workflows

Regarding errors you mentioned above: Skyvia works with HubSpot via its API. Most of the errors that occur in your backup are related to HubSpot API peculiarities.

-"The scope needed for this API call isn't available for public use. If you have questions, contact support or post in our developer forum."

This is HubSpot related error. We recommend that you contact HubSpot support and also check this: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/working-with-oauth#scopes

-"You have reached your ten_secondly_rolling limit" error happens because of API limitations in HubSpot.

You can follow the links below to know how to overcome API limitations in HubSpot:

https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/faq/working-within-the-hubspot-api-rate-limits

https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/apps/api_guidelines

We recommend you split your backup into several items and launch them at different times to overcome the issues. Please try this and inform us about the results.

-"The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests."

This error occur when the call limit for the HubSpot API is exceeded. In this case we would recommend dividing the backup into parts and running these parts in turn or build a schedule so that they do not intersect.

Please try this and inform us about the results.

If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.
