Export to SFTP has been failing

Hi,

Our export package to SFTP has been failing for the past 6 days and we have been in touch with the support without any luck.

Can someone please get back to us on this ASAP.

This is an urgent case and it has affected our processes.

We are sorry for the delay with this, we are working on the issue with your package. As soon as the issue is fixed, we will let you know.

Please try creating a new similar export package and run it. Whether the issue is reproducible in this case or not?

Hi,

We recreated the package and the new one went through fine (98988). Can you please confirm that the same issue won't happen to the new package. We want to start scheduling this package and we don't know how we can actually rely on the platform to deliver.

We also can't set up notifications if the package fails and they only way to check the status is to actually log into Skyvia and check the packages one by one.

We are going to update Skyvia with the fix for this issue today. You should not face this issue again after Skyvia update. We will post here when it is done.

 

As for the notifications, in case of Queued state notifications are not sent. Please check https://docs.skyvia.com/profile-and-account-management/email-notifications.html
