Hi,

I am sure Skyvia can do this, but going round in circles if you can help!?

We have successfully connected to our MailChimp account, but we are trying to export a CSV of all contacts from a particular MailChimp list who have unsubscribed...

Can you help / advise how we can do this? We would hope to include some of our fields and of course the date the user unsubscribed.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can implement this scenario via Skyvia. For this perform the following steps:

1) Create your MailChimp and FTP connections:

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?connecting_to_mailchimp.htm

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?ftp_connections.htm

2) Create new Export package with the MailChimp connection as Source and FTP connection as Target:

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?export_package.htm

3) Click + Add task and select the ListMembers object

4) Select all the necessary fields and specify the filter conditions like it is shown below:

5) Save the task.

6) Set the schedule, if necessary, save the package and run it.

Please tell us if this information helps.

Hi,

This has helped a lot - Thankyou! The only data we cannot see available from Mail Chimp is the actual date a user unsubscribed...

Date Formats
==========

Do you know if there is anyway we can change a Mail Chimp date field format? For example we see the following:

29/06/2017 09:48

But it would help us if the format can be changed to:

29-Jun-2017

with no time...

Any help appreciated! Many thanks - Paul

You can see this date in the LastUpdate column.

This is a common universal date format and, unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to change it.
