Hi,

we already had problems accross the same details and error message about the expired refresh token. We can't solve that problem on our side, but want to report this, for general resolution.

Further I want to request, if that's a problem also reported by other account users? If that's a fact please find and report a solution, to save your customers daily business, working with skyvia as their terminal for data transfer.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

Jasmin

Hello Jasmin,

The "expired access/refresh token" error occurs on the Salesforce side and does not relate to Skyvia.

In cases of this error in Skyvia, you can refresh your Salesforce connection by clicking "Log In with Salesforce".
