Failed synchronization

Hi,

I have no more synchronization since one day.

This is an high priority, because my enterprise have no more synchronization between my ZOHO CRM and my MYSQL Database.

This is possible to response quickly of this ticket.

We have been fighting with you for 3 weeks to find a solution to my problem.
We have sent you explanatory videos, explanatory images. No positive feedback from you has been.

You do not want to correct our error which has blocked our company for 3 weeks?
