Hi Support,

Is there any update on this issue. We have lost the whole day with not having access to the platform and this is affecting our business.

We rely on this platform to perform day to day data migration activities and not having access to the platform for the whole day is a serious issue.

We are extremely sorry for the issue you have been facing. 

This was an internal Skyvia issue related to our infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. 

 

The issue has been fixed. Your connections and packages should work as expected for now.

 

We will try our best to not let problems like this affect your experience with Skyvia in the future.
