Our destination server has Skyvia IPs in its access list.

Today, again, an error occurred when loading data. Can you check the Run Id below?

Hello Gabriel,

 

Our developers have checked your package and all logs. The issue is not related to Skyvia. For some reason, the connection was broken on PostgreSQL server-side. reasons for such behavior may be various. Most likely, your PostgreSQL server is unstable or has some limitations. We recommend you to contact your PostgreSQL server administrator.
