Fatal error: No valid license found!

I have a scripted process that runs a scheduled Full Convert Enterprise job via command line which has been working perfectly fine for months and all of a sudden a few days ago I've started to get the following error:

Fatal error: No valid license found!

Running the same job via the GUI seems to be working fine but am not clear on what license it is trying to find -  is the command line option only available to me during with a valid maintenance license? 

Please advise, thanks!

It seems you should contact Full Convert support with this issue.
