This field does not display: namb_involvement in the contact table.  It is not available in the selection list, and I cannot query it (see attached).

But when I use another tool to query CRM, the field is there.

Why is the field not available in Skyvia?

Hello!

We have checked metadata of your Dynamics CRM connection (CRM_NAMB_Prod) and there is no such field in it. Please open this connection and click the "Clear Cache" button:

Check your scenario after this and let us know the results.

Best regards,

Mariia

I cleared the cache but I still don't see the field.  In fact, when I clicked "Clear Cache" nothing happened.  There was no message saying "cache has been cleared" or anything like that.  I'm not sure it worked.

Hello!

Please create a new Dynamics CRM connection and try your scenario with this connection. If the issue still occurs, please give us the definition of this field in Dynamics CRM (its data type, the steps to create it, etc.).

Best regards,

Mariia

I created a new connection.  But the field is still not displaying.  Please note, I used the same credentials as I used in the other tool, XrmToolbox, and yet it still did not work.

I am attaching the metadata for this field.  Also, I am attaching a screenshot of the field in the front-end.

Please let me know if you need any more details.

Hello!

Thank you for the details.

Unfortunately, MultiSelect OptionSets are not fully supported in Skyvia for now. We are working on this and we will definitely notify you when any news regarding this is available.

Best regards,

Mariia

That is unfortunate.  In my case, I don't even need to know what the value is.  I am just checking whether there is any value in that field (HasValue = True/False).

Therefore, I would be satisfied if you only pulled the contents of the field into one long string.  I don't need to parse the string or do anything with it.  The structure does not matter.  I am just checking the field to see whether it is NULL.
