Fields are not visible on Skyvia Import mapping

Hi Team,

This is Hari Vendra from GlobalData. As part of migration, I've been doing field-to-field mapping. However, I couldn't find the fields that exist in both the salesforces (source and target)

There is a field called 'Financial Services' which exists on both the SF instances. However, I could view them when create the import package even though i've an system admin profile.

Could someone please get back to me as we have time-sensitive deadline to hit.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Hello Hari,

 

Please try clearing the Metadata Cache of your both Salesforce connections. For this, open your Salesforce connection(s) and click the "Clear now" link near the Metadata Cache parameter. Save the connections and try again.

Thank you, I've cleared the metadata and re-connected the connections but still, I couldn't find some fields.

I'm not sure why this is happening. Could you help, please?

These existing issues will delay the entire migration thing. Please could you help as soon as possible, please?
