I'm trying to replicate my Payment information from Freshbooks Classic to a MySQL database.

I was able to test that out today, but 278 rows failed.

When I looked at the CSV file for the errors, the error that was reported for every failed row was:

Data too long for column 'GatewayTransaction_ReferenceId' at row 1

This only failed for the PayPal gateway transactions.

The failure happened because the Payment table's GatewayTransaction_ReferenceId field has a data type of VARCHAR(11).   However, PayPal transactions are usually 17 characters, and can be up to 19 characters, so the type should be changed to VARCHAR(19).

Hello Jason,

Data too long for column 'GatewayTransaction_ReferenceId' at row 1

We would like to inform you that we have fixed the issue and updated Skyvia with the fix.

The "Statement type 'StoredProcedure' is not supported." error has been also fixed.

Please try your scenario again. Please note, that target tables must be re-created (you can do this by selecting Drop/Create Tables options).

Best regards,

Mariia
