Hi,

I'm trying to sync a mysql database to the contact list of Mailchimp. I cannot associate the Fname and Lname from the database to the Mailchimp field because they are not listed in mailchimp column.

When I run the integration, it gives only faults and in the error report it's indicated that the Fname and Lname is needed.

Your merge fields were invalid. Errors: Please enter a value(Field: 'FNAME');Please enter a value(Field: 'LNAME').

I've tried Merge Fields Behavior - Join all merge fields (and others) and API version 2 and 3. No go...

What I'm I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Andy

Probably, the following limitation is the reason of the issue: if different lists have merge tags with the same name but different type, default value, required setting, etc., these merge tags are ignored regardless of the Merge Fields Behavior parameter; merge tags that have the same name for different lists must be the same in order to be available in Skyvia.

Thus, most likely, you have any other list with the FNAME/LNAME merge tags with another settings.

Refer to: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?connecting_to_mailchimp.htm

Best regards,

Mariia
