Follow Up On Error With The Substring Expression

Good day . After I had made the change  on the Incident description to slice the charactors , I'm still seeing the error "The data was truncated.   Column name: 'Incident description". I have also double checked on salesforce side. The field character count limit is over 1000. Can you suggest what else I can do

If possible, please send us the CSV file used in your package (you can remove unnecessary columns/rows from it, but please keep the Incident description one and some success/failed rows).

We will try to reproduce the issue from our side.
