Frequent QBO Bad Request Error

I've been using Skyvia to connect to QuickBooks Online for over a year now and like the service very much.

 

But I've been finding that lately most of the time when I try to "Refresh Current Sheet", that I receive the following error ""The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request". If I then go to Query > New > Select Objects > Click on the Connection "Centre Laundry QBO" > Sign in with QuickBooks, it will then sometimes work, but sometimes it still doesn't.

 

How can I get this working reliably again?

Hello Jim,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

This issue was resolved recently but appeared again.

We re-opened the ticket with our development team to investigate this and will post an update here once get any result.
