The backup has been running but we are up to 274k ticket records in our freshdesk. Is there a limitation I can put on to only backup so many records in a time span so Freshdesk (i'm guessing) doesn't give me that error?

Update, I got a trial of Data Integrator up to 10m, ran another backup. Same 7 errors. Too many requests.

Error 'The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.' is a Freshdesk-related issue. This error is generally caused when the rate limit for the account is breached. There are defined limits for the number of requests that can be made in a specific time frame. You can find more details regarding this here or contact Freshdesk support.

I have the same issue. Would be great to have a way to set a rate limit in the connection settings and force the query process to stay below the rate limit.
