Freshdesk/HubSpot custom field mapping

Hi, I'm doing a mapping for an import from Freshdesk to HubSpot but some of the HS custom fields are not appearing for the mapping. 

I enclose a screenshot where you can see that one custom field appears ("Custom Status"). Why some custom fields appear and others don't?

Please clear Metadata Cache in your HubSpot connection and click Refresh in the mapping page to load new metadata.
