FTP - cannot access subfolder to find file

Hello!

I'm trying to find a csv file to import data. I'm using my suppliers FTP portal with my logon, which works in FileZilla and also works in Skyvia. But when I try to find my file in I need to access subfolders in the FTP portal - it tells me: The system cannot find the path specified.

See attached screenshot.

I also tried use file mask - still no luck.

The csv files source is //ftp63044470-12/08_Shop-Data/Stock-Availability/BestandDetail.csv

Most likely, the reason for the issue is the lack of permissions to the folder. Do you have access to other folders in the list?

Hi!

I thought this as well, but as described - using Filezilla i do have access to the subfolders and files inside of them.

Hello Anders,

 

Thank you for the update.

Please try to create an Export package and specify the FTP connection with the same folder as a target connection in the package. 

Then please try launch the package and check if the files were uploaded successfully to the folder.
