FTP Connection

Hello,

I have created a Connection to an FTP (Magento 2 FTP). A can successfully test the Connection, however when I try to create a new Import and I add a Task, I am then immediately told that the Connection has failed and the message is 'Unable to build data connection: Operation not permitted.'

What is the likely issue here?

Hi Richard,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

It seems your FTP server tries to negotiate over TLS 1.3 while Skyvia does not support it yet. Please limit the TLS version on your server to TLS 1.2.

Should this not work, add this directive to your FTP's configuration file:

TLSOptions NoSessionReuseRequired
