I got Shopify talking to MySQL transferring records.

Only half of the records transferred. I downloaded the csv log.

(BTW the csv is formatted poorly and does not show correctly in excel or google sheets)

I'm getting errors saying "incorrect string value".

I'm thinking it may be a message kicking back from mysql. The formatting sent to MySQL could be incorrect.

Anyway, please let me know if there is anything I can do or if this is a bug on your end.

Please select "Unicode" checkbox in the Advanced settings of your MySQL connection in Skyvia:

If the issue persists, make sure your database has a charset UTF8.
