Hi,

We are thinking to move to SKYVIA.

we have a use case that needs to upload multiple excel sheets to salesforce.

The data is saved in a CSV format in UTF8 (Hebrew).

Does your tool support that use case?

my email is tomer.tveria@allcloud.io

Hello Tomer,

Thank you for contacting the Skyvia Support team!

It is possible to upload data in Hebrew to Salesforce using Skyvia.

For this, you need to set Locale to Hebrew and Code Page to UTF-8 in the Source Definition tab of the Import package.

In the meantime, please note that headers in the file should be in Latin (not Hebrew)

To implement your scenario it is necessary to create a connection to Salesforce first.

Here is a link on how to create a Salesforce connection:

https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/salesforce_connections.html

After that, you can create an Import package, find a couple of guides on how to do it:

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/import-package.html

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/how-to-create-import-task.html

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/common-package-features/csv-options.html

Please test the above scenario and let us know if this works for you.

Kind regards,

Nataliia
