Help with fetching Facebook and LinkedIn Ad Leads

Hello,

I was trying to set up Facebook and LinkedIn connections in order to send leads from the respective Lead Gen Forms to our Salesforce CRM but after looking through the options can't seem to find how to do it.  Is this possible? I would think this would be the primary usage of such a connection so perhaps I'm just missing something.

If not then would it be possible to set up custom connections using the REST connector?  I've used the REST connector for other systems so I am familiar but not really sure of the specifics for Facebook/LinkedIn.

Could someone please let me know if the default connectors can handle lead generation and/or help me with the metadata for the custom connections?

Sorry for the delayed response.

 

After investigation of your situation, we can say the following:

REST connectors can't be supported in order that we have our native connections to Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

In Skyvia LinkedIn Ads connection, we have AdForms object, that can be used to retrieve the data from the forms.

Regarding the Facebook Ads, we currently don't see the possibility to add Lead Gen Form. In order to do so, we need to have page-id, but we don't see it in the API.
