After connection to SFTP, and trying to add a task in the source definition you are showing me directories in root. I need to access a directory that is within the CPANEL's Home directory. Which I do not have permission to open. This is the oddest thing, I have never run into this issue. How in the heck am I going to access my subdomains if they are in a directory I can't get access to because your source definition is not showing the SFTP root directory that basically every other application I use shows when I SFTP into it.
How am I suppose to access a directory that is a subdirectory of a blocked directory

Still nothing? Guess I am going to have to go to jitterbit. Can't even get a simple SFTP access connection right.

We could not reproduce the issue.
Please provide the following information:
1. Which rights are granted for the achiev35 directory? Your first screenshot shows FileZilla with the achiev35 folder selected. Please click the home folder and send us the result screenshot.
2. Which rights are granted for the home directory? Click on the root (/) in FileZilla and make a screenshot. The home directory should be available in the bottom part on the sceenshot. Post it here.
3. Do you have access to achiev35 in FileZilla? And do you have access to home in FileZilla?
Please also ask your admin to configure chroot to your folder for your FTP server. Is the connection successful in this case?
If possible, provide us with temporary access to your FTP server via the user that causes the error. You can send the credential to our support email system to support at skyvia dot com.
