How do we import Shopify orders into Salesforce opportunities?

I managed to import customers and products from Shopify into Salesforce. However, I cannot find a way to import the sales orders into Salesforce opportunities (I also tried to import into Salesforce orders but same result). To be more precise, some orders are imported but not many and it seems rather random. What is the best way to do this import? How do I specify the link with customers? Many thanks

If I understood you correctly you want to import Shopify Orders to Salesforce Opportunities and Shopify OrderDetails to Salesforce OpportunityLineItems. Is this correct? This could be implemented via one Import package with two tasks:

1) First task for importing Shopify Orders to Salesforce Opportunities

2) Second task for importing data from Shopify OrderDetails to Salesforce OpportunityLineItems. You can use Relation mapping in order to link OpportunityLineItems with the corresponding Opportunity record. More information:

If you want to import Shopify OrderDetails to Salesforce OpportunityLineItems only (for existing Opportunities  you can use one task for importing data from Shopify OrderDetails to Salesforce OpportunityLineItems with the Lookup mapping to be able to link these OpportunityLineItems to the necessary Opportunity. Salesforce Opportunities can be linked with the Accounts object. You can use Lookup mapping in order to find he necessary Account. To use the lookup mapping, you need to have a column (or a set of columns) that uniquely identifies a record, other than the primary key.

This Lookup will try to find record in Account object (SF) with Name equals to OrderDetails.Customer_LastName (Shopify). If no record found, null will be sent to the AccountId field.
