How do we stop from processing the next task if there are any errors in a task? We want to import data from two (or more) files, but if there are errors in the first then the second should not be attempted to be processed because it won't import properly. We don't want to create bad data.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team!

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no such functionality.

We will definitely inform you if such a possibility is added.

Best regards,

Mariia

Is there a way to at least receive an email message when an error happens? Otherwise how would we know if a scheduled import task executes successfully? If it can't notify or stop on errors, I'm afraid we can't rely on it to run our jobs because we'll never know when there is a problem.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your reply.

At the moment, notifications are sent only for completely failed runs of data integration packages. Please check https://docs.skyvia.com/profile-and-account-management/email-notifications.html

We are working on improving our email notifications functionality and as soon as we have any news we will definitely inform you.

Best regards,

Mariia

That's too bad. The ability to automatically schedule tasks then seems pretty much useless because you still have to manually check them each time since there is no way to know whether any records failed.

Hello Peter,

We will definitely add this option to the email notifications and inform you when it is available.

Best regards,

Mariia
