How to restore HubSpot back up made from one HubSpot account to another

We have the standard Skyvia backup package, with Skyvia connections to several HubSpot accounts (Our production hubspot account and several dev/testing accounts).

We can backup & restore to each specific connection, but for example, we want to back up our HubSpot production account and restore it to a HubSpot dev/test account.

Is this possible? How?

Hi Mariia, thanks for your response.

The documentation link you provided did explain how to restore a HubSpot backup to another HubSpot connection/account - have to select "Insert" to see options for other connections.

So I did that - trying to restore a backup from our production HubSpot account to our new/empty Staging/Dev HubSpot account.

However, that restore job has been running for about 5 hours now, without any new records appearing in our dev HubSpot account.

I'm wondering why. Maybe that's because we created custom properties in our production HubSpot account that don't exist in our virgin/uncustomized Dev/Staging account?

I'll let it continue to run overnight.

OK, not yet overnight, but 3 hours later, 8 hours total on the restore of backup job - still no objects/companies/contacts created in the in the target HubSpot dev connection, and no error message from the Skyvia restore job. Just a continueing spinner.

I am in Europe, it's after midnight here, but this is an urgent deliverable for me, since I recommended Skyvia to my company.

Did you get any results of the restore operation?

As for the custom fields, of course, if the same custom fields do not exist in the Dev/Staging account, they will no be restored. Skyvia cannot create custom fields.
