HubSpot Contacts to Microsoft Dynamics Leads Synchronization

I was able to successfully sync HubSpot contacts to Dynamics 365 contacts, but when I attempt the same synch with HubSpot contacts to Dynamics LEADS, I am returning an error that it cannot be run because the email field is not populated. All of my client's HubSpot contacts have assigned email addresses. Likewise, the same field mappings from the successful contact sync were use with the lead sync that failed.

Is there something I am missing?

Hello Scott,

Please specify the email address that is used for Skyvia account and package name/id so that we are able to check it.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello Scott,

Thank you for your reply.

The "The Email field is required for insert operation." error occurs on the reverse direction while attempting to insert records to the HubSpot Contacts/Deals table.

Synchronization package syncs records in both directions: from Source to Target and vice versa. In your case: from HubSpot to Dynamics CRM and from Dynamics CRM to HubSpot. The issue occurs because some records in Dynamics CRM have null values in the "emailaddress1" field.

Principal user (Id=41538ae8-7764-ea11-a811-000d3a3379bc, type=8, roleCount=3, privilegeCount=634, accessMode=0), is missing prvReadRecordAuditHistory privilege (Id=1cd608fd-160c-45e5-9aee-52e8066e9ef6) on OTC=0 for entity ''. context.Caller=41538ae8-7764-ea11-a811-000d3a3379bc

Regarding this error, please contact Dynamics CRM support: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/microsoft-dynamics-crm-forum/235900/principal-user-type-8-is-missing-prvreadxxx-privilege

Best regards,

Mariia
