Hubspot integration of contacts not working

Integrations of Contacts from Hubspot stopped working around 24 May.

The jobs run successfully but always returning 0 records. 

I've tested including removing all filters and still get no results.  I've created a new connection and a new package.  Still getting no results.  I get to see the schema and the test connections work correctly.

I created a package and integrated against Companies and this worked correctly.

So it is only Contacts that is not working.

I note that there has been another customer who has reported this recently:

Data Flow is not transferring contact information to Target ERP (skyvia.com)

Our original package, implemented as a Data Flow, is:

This already had the logic for row counts per the other post.

 

I've also tested as Import package:

and this doesn't work either.

 

Finally, I've even tried it as a Query just trying to get the record count - which results in 0 records.

Thank you for the update.

Please send the screenshot for the result of the following query as we don´t have permissions to view the query you sent us:

 

SELECT Count(*)

  FROM Contacts AS t

 

if the result is 0, please also send us the the screenshot of the HubSpot UI which shows Contacts object.

Here you can see 6,714 in Hubspot (I've blurred over sensistive information).

I just noticed in Hubspot that it has a log of API calls. It appears Skyvia is using: GET /contactslistseg/v1/lists/all/contacts/all

When I search on Hubspot API, I can't find any current documentation relating to this and the ones that are most relevant are for deprecated calls.

Are you sure that is the correct API. Or should it be calling? Or something else? GET /contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all

Using a deprecated API could explain why only Contacts are having issues and other entities are working OK.

We consider that there were certain changes made in the Skyvia integration in general, not in a specific provider which helped to overcome the issue.
