 Hi,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

Please be informed that we haven't been able to locate your package.

Possible that the error caused by the metadata/table changes.

Can you kindly provide us with the link to the package where you're facing the issue so we can take a closer look?

Looking forward to your reply,

Best regards,

Serhii

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

The error message "Object 'LineItems' does not have column 'Merged object IDs' mean that the replication process is trying to replicate data from a column that does not exist in the source table.

As we see, you have two columns 'Merged object IDs'" but one of the is not found.

To avoid the error, uncheck the column 'Merged object IDs' and save your package.

Should you have other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,

Serhii

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

We are happy to hear that your issue was resolved.

In addition to our previous message, we want to add that If metadata of your cloud app changes, by default, Skyvia knows nothing about it. If some fields or objects in your data source that are used in your integration packages, backups, or endpoints, are deleted, this will cause errors next time when the integration package or backup runs, or endpoint data are queried. If an object is added in the data source, existing backups, integration packages, etc. will not fail; however, Skyvia will not know about these changes until metadata cache is cleared.   Unless you set the Metadata Cache parameter of your connection to Disabled or to a short period, you will need to edit your connection and click the Clear now link. In some cases you will also need to edit your backups or integration packages and apply the corresponding changes to them.

See more about Metadata cache here: https://docs.skyvia.com/connections/metadata-cache.html

Thank you in advance and looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Serhii
