I cannot connect to Shopify

Hi.  I am having trouble connecting to Shopify.  I can connect to other apps in the Shopify app store and I can create a custom app token, but when I follow the process to connect to Shopify, it just stalls after clicking "Sign In To Shopify" and the green shopify icon shows three a few dots constantly panning as though it's trying to connect but it never does.  Meanwhile, Shopify opens to the dashboard screen, but nothing else happens and I'm not prompted to do anything in particular. 

I'm trying to give this app a try, but I have to get it to connect first.  I've had no problem connecting other apps.

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.      

As we can see there are a couple of connections in your workspace and they return a successful connection test. 

Were you able to resolve the issue?   If the issue is still actual we recommend that you clear the browser cache and try to create a Shopify connection once again.
