Could you please describe the scenario you are trying to implement and the difficulties you have encountered with this in more detail (e.g. steps, screenshots, etc.).

Best regards,

Hello Aris,

Skyvia provides several types of Data Integration packages:

1) Import package allows loading data from CSV files, cloud application objects or relational database tables to another cloud application or relational database. Skyvia Import supports all DML operations (including UPSERT), and thus can be used for performing massive data updates.

Some useful information about Import packages is available here:

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/how-to-create-import-task.html

2) Skyvia synchronization operation is used to synchronize data between cloud CRMs and relational databases in both directions. It allows defining a synchronization operation as a package once and then scheduling it for periodical execution to keep the data in different sources in sync automatically.

More information is available here:

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/synchronization/

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/synchronization/how-to-create-synchronization-task.html

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/common-package-features/mapping/

In depends on your scenario, you need to create an Import or Sync package and create tasks with the source and target objects. For each task, you need to specify the mapping. Please check the links we sent you above. In order to provide you with some solutions, we need to know what exactly you are expecting to implement, your steps and what exactly is unclear (task, mapping, data types, etc.).

NOTE: The SalesOrder table (Magento) is a view and cannot be used in the synchronization tasks. Thus, if you want to sync Zoho Inventory SalesOrder and Magento SalesOrder in both directions, it is impossible to implement in Skyvia.

Best regards,

Mariia
