I need access for a new hire

Hi there. 

I have a new hire that needs acccess to update one of our excel-sheets via Skyvia. No one at the company knows how to assign her access to be able to do this. My suspicion is that the person that was admin or other that was able to grant this access on our end is not working for the company anymore. How would I go about to get this employee access to update the sheet? 

She is getting the error when trying to update: "Workspace is not found or you are not a member of this workspace"

Hello Victor.

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please specify the workspace or a Package number that needs to be accessed? We will check who is the administrator of that workspace and let you know.

Please note that access to a workspace can only be granted by its administrator. From our end, we can only cancel the Package so that the user can create the similar one in the available workspace.

Also you can check our Workspaces roles tutorial - it should help you with your settings.

Hi Yevheniia! 

Workspace is "Grover Group GmbH"

Please give me a name before changing anything as we need this service to be up and running constantly and if changes in Admin role can only be preformed by removing the entire workspace I need to set a time to set a new one up again  

Can there be 2 admins? Can u make me admin as well for ex?

Hello Victor.

Thank you for the clarifications.

We have checked your domain and found the account named "Grover Group GmbH". This account has only one Workspace with Id 16316, it is supposed to be the one that you need access to.

As we see, there are 3 Administrators for this Workspace, please find the emails below. All of these users can give the admins role for you and your new employee:

 

Unfortunately from our end, we can not give you this access, thus in this case you should contact one of these three users.
