We are trying to create an import task from contact details in Salesforce Case object to Mailchimp Listmembers.

As suggested on the below page :

https://support.skyvia.com/thread/import-and-update-list-memebers-to-mailchimp

we have setup the Id lookup .

But when we run the job it throws error for all qualified record saying

"The requested resource could not be found"

It seems you are using incorrect ListID value. In your package you are using this value - 79247.  Usually, ListID is the string of letters and numbers. Please refer to: https://mailchimp.com/help/find-your-list-id/

You can try opening Skyvia Query Tool, select your MailChimp connection and run this query:

SELECT t.*  FROM Lists AS t

You should expect such results:

Use the value from Id column in the mapping for ListID.

Please notify us about the results.
