Incremental replication does not work properly

Hello,

I have configured replication package from Freshdesk to PostgreSQL.

Despite configuration is set to be incremental (see attached), scheduled run creates all records.

This overconsumes my Skyvia package and extensively uses Freshdesk API, which is not aceptable.

 Hello Aleksei,

We have checked this package. During the last runs, most of the records were updated, not inserted. Please click on any of the last runs and you will see details. See more about history runs, logs here.

Also, please check that the LastSyncTime value is not null. You can check this in the Parameters:

If it is null, you can either perform replication from the scratch (in order to be sure that all source data is copied; for this select Drop/Create Tables checkboxes) or set this value manually.

Best regards,

Mariia

I am understanding how that works. Please check my assumptions below and correct me if required:

1. Use case 1. "LastSyncTime" is null; system will do full replica in this case

2. Use case 2. "LastSyncTime" is not null, system will do incremental update

Is that correct?

Yes, seems to be so. With not-null LastSyncTime I've got 16 records updated/created total.

Now clear, ticket can be closed, thx!
