insightly API calls quota exceeded

Dear Support,

I am evaluating Skyvia to back up our Insightly data. The backup fails on almost all objects with this message 'insightly API calls quota exceeded. Maximum admitted 10 per second'. Can I configure the backup process to respect the API limitation?

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team. 

 

Skyvia reads Insightly data via API.

 

The API limitations are relevant to Insightly API documentation.

 

In this case, we would recommend you to split your backup into severalones and run them separately to avoid coincidence in time
