Integration Sync Errors

Hi Support, 

Some help please - getting an error on rows but no additional information to assist me, how can I troubleshoot this further ??

 You can see the errors in the CSV file which can be downloaded by clicking the number of failed rows (per object) in the Run History. In your case - 240 records. This CSV file contains all failed records, and for every record there is the reason why it failed. You can find more information in our documentation: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/error_processing.htm

Please check this file and notify us about the results.

Thanks - this is helpful - missed that link to the csv failed records.

The error I am getting is - "The following error occurred during conversion of value '0.00' in column 'LoyaltyBalance1': Input string was not in a correct format."

Please open your package Editor, click Edit for your Task and change Locale setting in the CSV Options, for example, to 'English (United Kingdom)':

Save the changes and run the package.
