Hello,
We began using SkyVia in June of last year for integation data between 2 plaforms. We went live with the new platforms in November of 2022. In the past months, we've went over the subscribed amount a few times. However, on 2/24 and 2/28 we were invoiced/charged for the paid records on two ocassions. We are just trying to make sense of the timing of these charges and which period each charge applies.
