Issue when creating or updating Sync Tasks

Lately I'm having issues when creating or udpating a task inside Syncronization packages... Seems it happens always, but my problem is when trying to Sync Salesforce with a MYSQL db. After choosing any tables the "Column definitions" screen appears empty. Any help?

Hi! Now previous error is gone... But now i'm having an issue with my MySQL connections... I'm getting following error:

 

Have checked database and it is up and running on that IP/PORT. Any idea?

Hello Marcus,

Most likely the issue is related to the fact that we have switched Skyvia to a new additional IP - 40.112.165.10. You should be able to see the New IP notification in your account:

Please refresh your list of allowed IPs.
