Issues with File Mask

Dear Skyvia Support,

there seems to be an issue with the file mask. Here is the scenario:

1. IT Service Provider puts csv files on an FTP Server on a daily basis, like this: "x_status_feed_eu_20180319.csv". The number at the end reflects the current day.

2. the files are on the FTP 21:00 UTC

3. We use Skyvia to import the files to Salesforce via file mask and schedule

4. We use the format "x_status_feed_eu_{yyyyMMdd}.csv for the file mask (UTC)

5. Skyvia identifies the file once on the ftp, and the schedule runs 23: 30 UTC+1 

6. When i check on the next day, skyvia says for the package "The system cannot find the file specified"

The files are not imported.

 

Do you have any recommendation?

First of all we recommend you to check that the necessary file exists on your FTP at the moment of the package run. I.e. today, in a few minutes before package run, please go to your FTP and check that the file "x_status_feed_eu_20180321.csv" exists. You say that file is sent to your FTP at 21:00 UTC, however, if your CSV file is too large, probably, it was not loaded before the time the package was started.
