Issues with Login into Marketing Cloud

Hello Support,


since yesterday we cannot login into Marketing Cloud from Skyvia. We are using the Endpoint URL referenced here: and until yesterday all tasks / processes ran smoothly.

Now we get the error message: Error accessing web service

We already opend a ticket for Salesforce and they would like to see the exact call. But according to them, nothing has changed on there side.

Please investigate urgendly as we are in a production mode and rely on the tasks.

There were no changes made on Skyvia side. We recommend you to check your Marketing Cloud account. Also, we would like to pay your attention to the error that occurs in several your packages: Object 'NEWSLETTER_Welcome_All' not found.


This error means, that you had custom object previously, but now this object is not available nder your connection. We recommend you to check you Marketing Cloud account and update the corresponding connection in Skyvia.
