Hello,

This package is not running: https://app.skyvia.com/#/packages/64187/edit

Result:

The source object 'Tickets' does not have column 'Date entered 'Cancelled (Customer Success)''.

Can you please help me figure out how to fix it?

Thanks,

Shirly

Hello Assaf!

It seems metadata of your HubSpot connection was refreshed and now some fields are not included in the replication while some still remain but do not exist in the source anymore.

First of all, we recommend you open your replication task, click the Refresh button in order to refresh columns list and check that the mentioned column is not selected. After this, save the package and reset LastSyncTime value. Run the package - this will re-create target tables according to the changed source schema and copy all the data.

NOTE: If you do not want to reset LastSyncTime, you should manually add/remove columns to/from the corresponding target database table after updating the task.

If this error still persists after these steps, please let us know and we will remove it manually from your package.

Best regards,

Mariia

I've already solved this by removing irrelevant columns from Tickets.

Thanks,
