Job stopped running

We have 2 jobs that are scheduled to run hourly every day, but they stopped running at 2 PM ET yesterday. We still have plenty of data left for this period, the jobs are still enabled, and they show next run scheduled for 3 PM ET yesterday. Both jobs are exports from Salesforce and I checked the user record - it is showing successful logins hourly for the last couple of hours, even though the jobs aren't running. Import jobs seem to be running normally. 

Jobs are: "Salesforce SPL Export - Production" and "Panurgy - SSL Export"

Yes, the jobs look to have started running again after I ran one of them manually. Is there any detail you can provide on the issue?

Hi Jeff! The issue occurred on the Azure side where our server is hosted.
